Meet Jannheli C. Pérez Rodríguez

Jannheli C. Pérez Rodríguez founded Heralia Legal to provide strategic, individualized representation to clients facing divorce, custody disputes, and other consequential family-law matters.

Before founding Heralia Legal, Jannheli practiced family law exclusively for several years in Las Cruces and throughout Southern New Mexico, representing clients in complex and deeply personal disputes involving their children, finances, property, and long-term stability.

Jannheli approaches each matter with careful preparation, practical judgment, and a clear understanding of what is at stake. She provides candid advice, explains legal options in straightforward language, and develops strategies based on each client's circumstances, priorities, and goals. When a fair resolution can be achieved through negotiation, she works purposefully toward that outcome. When litigation is necessary, she is prepared to advocate firmly for her client's interests.

As a mother, Jannheli understands that a parent's foremost concern is often the security and well-being of their children. That perspective informs the care she brings to her practice without compromising the objective analysis and disciplined advocacy each case requires.

Originally from Puerto Rico and now serving families throughout Southern New Mexico, Jannheli is fluent in English and Spanish. Her bilingual and culturally informed approach allows clients to communicate fully, understand the legal process, and make important decisions with confidence.

At Heralia Legal, clients work directly with the attorney responsible for evaluating their case, developing their legal strategy, and advocating on their behalf.
